The Neighborhood Leadership Program is a networking, skill building and grant program for local residents of New Haven, West Haven, East Haven or Hamden who want to improve and create meaningful change in their neighborhoods and communities. This program provides the tools, connections and grant resources for envisioning, planning and bringing to life projects that build community.
