Participants will assess their organization’s capacity and readiness for managing federal grants, including an overview of the documentation, governance structures and clearly defined objectives that are needed to be eligible and competitive. Mayer will provide an overview of the different types of government grants, the stages of a grant cycle and the elements of a project budget. Participants will also learn about the federal grant management systems and how to find new funding announcements.
