The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven has commenced the search for a new President & CEO. A search committee made up of four current board members and one prior board member has begun the recruiting process that will lead to hiring a new President and CEO of The Community Foundation. The search committee has engaged Koya Partners, a Diversified Search Group company, and the nation's premier search firm dedicated to mission-driven leadership.

The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven is seeking to identify a dynamic, courageous and experienced leader to serve as its next leader to guide its next chapter. The next President & CEO will leverage the Foundation’s history of service to the community, strong financial position, innovative approach to impact and forward-thinking mindset to guide the organization’s next chapter.

Input is welcomed at any point in the search process. Feedback will be shared with the search committee throughout the entire search and candidate assessment process to ensure we identify and recruit the right leader for The Foundation.
