The Boards of all-volunteer organizations have unique challenges, acting both as the governing body and the staff. New and emerging organizations often fall into this category, but there are some long-standing organizations that do as well.
Over lunch, we will have a brief presentation on the Board's role in fundraising, then a roundtable discussion on best practices, challenges and solutions.
