Creating Your Emergency Succession Plans (RECORDED)

After a brief introduction to the three types of succession planning (strategic leader development, emergency succession planning and departure-defined succession planning), we’ll focus on creating and implementing short-term and long-term emergency succession plans necessary if a staff member or senior board member cannot perform his or her duties. Organizations will have all the tools to independently craft emergency succession plans.
