A red-brick church with tall arched windows and a white steeple stands under a blue sky. A sign in front reads The Church of the Redeemer and lists worship times. Trees and grass surround the building.
The Church of the Redeemer was established in New Haven in 1838 as a Congregational Church for Christian worship. Originally located on Chapel Street, the Church was last located at the corner of Whitney and Cold Spring Streets in New Haven. Photo credit: Geoff Johnson
