Nonprofit Animal Shelter Grants
The nonprofit animal shelter grant process is closed for 2019. It will reopen January 1, 2020.
Any nonprofit animal shelter serving the Greater New Haven area is eligible to apply for up to $7,500 in funding through The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven’s Lillian and Henry A. Konopacke Fund.

The Fund’s intent is to assist nonprofit animal shelters in the Greater New Haven area in performing the services for which they have been established.

1. New or existing projects
2. Capacity building assistance to strengthen the infrastructure of an organization for long term success. Examples include board development, strategic planning, evaluation and capital expenditures in equipment, technology, building renovations or relocation.
