Each year The Foundation hosts networking events for professional advisors at various locations throughout its 20-town region. Venues have included Mory' in New Haven and Stony Creek Brewery in Branford.

For 90 years, we've built close relationships with nonprofits and community leaders. We receive hundreds of grant applications each year and have developed a wealth of knowledge about the needs and priorities of the region. Our Professional Advisors Council consists of 22 leaders in the allied advisory fields such as estate planning, wealth advising, accounting, financial planning, and insurance that work with us to advocate for the value of philanthropy and examine innovative mechanisms for high impact charitable planning.
