The New Haven Land Trust is dedicated to land conservation, environmental education and community gardening in New Haven. It assists community gardeners in growing nutritious food and building stronger communities, presents a hands-on, science based environmental education curriculum for kids in fourth and fifth grade with programming at Quinnipiac Meadows Nature Preserve, and maintains short and long term management plans for three of its nature preserves.
