Shoreline Greenway Trail seeks to develop and manage a public, multi-use greenway trail from New Haven Harbor to Hammonasset Beach State Park for non-motorized recreation and alternative transportation.
Mary Wade Home provides the highest quality medical and social programs and supervised residential services for those in need. Transportation is provided to and from the Adult Day Center and medical/dental appointments to reduce absenteeism and promote continuity and consistency. Christian Community Action is an ecumenical social service organization that expresses faithful witness by providing emergency food, housing and support to those who are poor in New Haven, encouraging them in their efforts to attain self-sufficiency, and working to change systems that perpetuate poverty and injustice.
