9th Annual Dorothy Awards
The New Haven Pride Center's prestigious 2012 Dorothy Awards honor members of the local community for their contributions to LGBT life. The exciting, black-tie optional evening consists of cocktails, dinner, dancing, entertainment, an awards presentation, and a silent auction. This year's honorees include Diana Richter, Executive Director of the Downtown Evening Soup Kitchen; Robin Banks, a New Haven-based entertainer and fundraiser; Out Film CT, organizers of the annual Connecticut Gay & Lesbian Film Festival; and Hartford Mayor Pedro Segarra. Tickets are $100.
