A major study of the New Haven region, published in the Fall of 2013 by DataHaven, The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven, Yale-New Haven Hospital and other local partners, ranked Greater New Haven as the 19th best performing metropolitan region out of the 130 largest U.S. urban areas.
